Trained at institutions such as Tokyo Sushi Academy and Basque Culinary Center, we specialize in omakase, kaiseki, and creative fusion rooted in Japanese tradition but ignited by global influences.

Our menus feature high-end ingredients such as Balfegó bluefin tuna, Wagyu A5, foie gras, caviar, truffle, and ikura, presented with impeccable technique and emotional storytelling.
