Now based in Nerja on the Costa del Sol, he works as a freelance Private Family Chef, preparing genuine Italian meals for private households, family gatherings, and intimate dining experiences. His cooking reflects the rich culinary heritage of Umbria, Tuscany and Rome, focusing on seasonal ingredients, balanced Mediterranean flavours, and comforting dishes designed to be shared around the table.

Throughout his career, Chef Guido has worked as a Head Chef, Executive Chef, restaurant owner and culinary consultant across Italy, the United Kingdom and Germany. This international experience has allowed him to combine traditional Italian techniques with a refined understanding of modern hospitality and private dining.

From owning and leading the renowned La Cantina restaurant in Terni for over a decade, to consulting and managing professional kitchens in cities such as London and Frankfurt, he has developed a deep knowledge of menu creation, kitchen management, staff training and high-level culinary operations.

In recent years he has focused on what he enjoys most: cooking for families in private homes, where he can create relaxed, authentic meals that bring people together.
