My name is Aitziber. I was born in San Sebastián, a land of sea, tradition, and authentic flavors. Seven years ago, life led me to the Mediterranean, first in Valencia and now in Alicante, where I've found a new home and countless ingredients that continue to inspire me every day.

For years, I've passionately dedicated myself to the world of restaurants and catering. I've worked in the kitchens of demanding restaurants, learning from each service, from each diner, and from every small detail that turns a meal into an experience. But I've also felt the need to cook from a different place: more intimate, more human, more my own.

Today, after a long professional journey, I've decided to take a bold step and begin a new life as a private chef. Because I deeply believe that cooking has the power to move, to care, to bring people together, and that's what I want to offer: not just well-made dishes, but moments that leave a lasting impression.

My cuisine is honest, fresh from the market, with Basque roots but open to the world. I work with fresh, local, seasonal produce, and I enjoy listening to each client to tailor each menu to their tastes, needs, and dreams. Whether it's an intimate dinner, a special celebration, or simply the desire to eat well without worrying about anything... I'm here to make it happen.

More than cooking, I like to accompany guests, create a warm atmosphere, and take care of the details. Because I know that when someone opens the doors of their home to me, they're trusting me with something very valuable.
