I’m Laura Franchini, a private chef based in Tuscany.

My work begins with a one-to-one conversation: I take the time to understand what you want to experience, so every menu is designed entirely around you: never predefined, never repeated.

I personally select the ingredients for each service, choosing what’s at its best and what fits your menu, rather than working from a fixed list. This allows me to bring a restaurant-level experience into your home, while keeping a more human, direct connection with my clients. My background in fine dining and Italian kitchens gives me a strong technical foundation, but what truly defines my work is attention, flexibility, and presence. I’m there throughout the experience, not just to cook, but to create a moment of genuine sharing around the table.

For me, this is not just a service: it’s a way to connect people through food, in a setting that feels personal, relaxed, and entirely yours.
