C'est la première fois que l'on a recours au site Chefmaison et le choix de Chef Nelson était conforme à nos souhaits. Le menu était parfait aussi bien en qualité qu'en quantité. Le service à table était impeccable. Très belle expérience à renouveler

I organized a 50th birthday celebration with friends in the beautiful French countryside near Sézanne. To make the occasion even more special, I asked Chef Nelson Neveu to create an Asian-French fusion dinner, something outside of his traditional menu. Chef Nelson exceeded all expectations. He designed an exquisite menu that was both creative and absolutely delicious. Every course was beautifully presented, and most importantly, everyone in our group loved the food. It was one of the highlights of our celebration. His colleague, who served us throughout the evening, was equally wonderful. As guests from Norway and the USA with very limited French, we relied on Google Translate, patience, and plenty of laughter to communicate. Their warmth, humour, and hospitality made the entire experience effortless and memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend Chef Nelson as your next private chef. He helped create a truly special evening, and I am certain you will be just as pleased with the experience as we were.

Chef Nelson was cooking dinner for our seminary close to Paris. The food was great, the definition of the menu was collaborative, Nelson and his assistant were kind, friendly and professional. Definitely recommend :)

I hired Chef Nelson for a birthday family style convivial dinner in Bourgone. We were a group of 15 people and were looking for a cozy experience. We co created a delicious menu of roast beef, chicken, a few salads, Apero, and cakes. The food was absolutely delicious and generous and the set up was exactly what I had hoped for. Chef Nelson and his team left the kitchen spotless after cooking and made sure all dishes are cleaned. Everyone was happy with the experience and I was incredibly grateful. Thank you Chef Nelson!i

Nous avons passé une très belle soirée grâce au chef Nelson et son équipe. Chef discret, il a su répondre à nos différentes demandes (incluant des restrictions alimentaires). Nous nous sommes régalés.
