<p>Hello! I am a self-taught private chef based on the Westside of Los Angeles, offering fully custom multi-course dinners in homes and vacation rentals. I'm a BBQ guy at heart, so my cooking is California led and produce forward, with smoke and char running through everything as genuine flavor. </p><p>My food is shaped by years of BBQing, and furthermore traveling through Thailand, Indonesia, Spain, South Korea, and North Africa. I handle everything from menu design to a spotless kitchen, with restaurant-level plating, careful dietary accommodation, and a table your guests remember.</p>
