I come from the contemporary art world, where I work as a gallerist, but cooking has always been a very important part of my life. Over the years, I started hosting intimate dinners for friends, artists and creative people, and it naturally became something I wanted to develop further.
My cooking is mostly healthy, seasonal and generous. I like food that feels light but satisfying, simple but thoughtful. My goal is always to create dishes that make people feel good while still being elegant and full of flavor.
I am also a certified nutrition coach, which allows me to design menus that adapt easily to different needs and preferences. One of my strengths is being able to cook for very different guests at the same table, from younger people to older ones, while making sure everyone feels taken care of.
What matters to me is the experience itself: the table, the conversation, the moment people share together.
Cooking is less about showing and more about hosting and creating a beautiful atmosphere around the table
