I’m Bettina Knapp, a plant-based chef, recipe creator, and food blogger, based in Menorca. My journey into plant-based cooking began in 2012 during my yoga teacher training, where I first became aware of how our food choices impact the world around us.
Since then, I’ve embraced a vegan lifestyle and have refined my culinary skills to create flavorful, nutritious, and sustainable plant-based dishes. In 2018, I completed my training at the Matthew Kenney Culinary Academy in Barcelona, further perfecting my craft and expanding my knowledge of plant-based cuisine.
With over 12 years of experience, I am passionate about crafting meals that not only support health and well-being but also align with ethical and sustainable food practices.
