Claudio Giardino is an Italian chef with more than 25 years of professional experience in luxury hospitality and fine dining environments. Throughout his career he has worked in prestigious hotels and resorts across Italy and the Alpine region, including the renowned Hotel Splendido in Portofino (Orient Express) and high-end establishments in Madonna di Campiglio, Val Gardena and Switzerland.
His culinary philosophy is rooted in Mediterranean and seasonal cuisine, with a strong emphasis on high-quality ingredients, elegant presentation and balanced flavors. Claudio is particularly known for his handmade pasta, refined seafood dishes and classic Italian recipes interpreted with a modern touch.
After many years leading professional kitchens and managing culinary teams, he has developed strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a kitchen independently — from menu planning and ingredient sourcing to the execution of personalized dining experiences.
Claudio brings a calm and discreet presence to the kitchen, qualities highly valued in private residences and luxury environments.
