My roots run deep in a small village nestled in the Sicilian hinterland, but I grew up among the rolling hills and vineyards of Chianti—generous lands that shaped my love for authentic cuisine.
Over the past ten years, I’ve had the privilege of honing my skills across diverse settings: from traditional Tuscan restaurants, guardians of timeless culinary heritage, to the refined kitchens of luxury hotels, where elegance and technique come together in every gesture.
Today, as a private chef, I offer a bespoke gastronomic experience inspired by Italian tradition, reimagined through a contemporary lens. Each dish is born from the meeting of memory and innovation, elevated by carefully selected, seasonal ingredients of the highest quality.
