Hello, I’m Lydia — Italian, Sicilian by origin, Milanese by choice. My studies initially focused on the art of fashion; I studied Fashion Design and specialized in fashion journalism. Yet, my true passion has always been cooking. I admired chefs who could delight their guests through their culinary creations, and gradually, my path shifted.
While I continue to work as a fashion journalist, I feel much closer to the world of food. Seeing someone enjoy, be surprised, or satisfied by my dishes gives me the sense of fulfillment I’ve always sought. I discovered this joy first through cooking classes at my home, where people tasted what they had created themselves. I found it again in the appreciation of clients during my private dinners. Most of all, I find it at the end of a long, exhausting day, feeling good knowing that my menu has made others happy.
I create genuine Italian dishes, focused on high-quality ingredients. From Sicily to the rest of Italy, I reinterpret traditional recipes with my personal touch. This is my craft — and this is what I share with my guests.
