I’m a private chef specializing in personalized culinary experiences—whether you’re relaxing in your villa, sailing the coast of Sardinia, or celebrating something special with loved ones. Every menu I design is inspired by the island’s rich culinary heritage, reinterpreted with elegance and respect for tradition.
My cuisine highlights the authentic flavors of Sardinia: from rustic starters like wood-fired bread with smoked ricotta, to handmade fregola with clams and bottarga, to delicate oven-baked sea bass with cherry tomatoes and Mediterranean vegetables. I finish meals with a handmade selection of traditional sweets—amaretti, bianchini, and other artisanal treats—for a warm, complete, and refined experience.
I offer full-service in-villa dining that allows you to enjoy gourmet food without leaving home. Everything is freshly prepared in your kitchen, with a discreet and professional presence throughout. I handle everything—from setup to clean-up—so you can focus on the company of your guests.
I also bring this level of service to the sea, offering onboard cuisine for private yachts and charters. Menus are designed to be light, refined, and suitable for life on the water, using only the freshest local ingredients. Whether you're planning a day trip, a multi-day cruise, or a sunset tasting, I tailor the experience to your vessel, your itinerary, and your group.
For private events—romantic dinners, birthdays, anniversaries, or intimate celebrations—I curate every detail: from the sequence of dishes to the flow of service, always balancing elegance with comfort. Each event is crafted with care, ensuring it reflects your unique tastes and setting.
I also offer themed tastings that showcase Sardinia’s best-kept culinary treasures: aged cheeses, traditional salumi, ancient grain breads, artisanal preserves, and local wines.
