We had a fantastic evening, thanks in large part to Chef Nicholas Bianchini. However, we feel that the price-quality ratio is not quite right, partly because cheap ingredients such as bread, pasta and pork were used. The price of the wines was also very high compared to the price of the bottles. In addition, the various courses were served very quickly, meaning we finished everything within two and a half hours.

I highly recommend Chef Nicholas. He is professional, attentive, and above all, a highly skilled and talented chef. He was responsive in his communication, easy to work with in regards to the menu selections, and flexible. Each course was presented beautifully, and was so delicious. He is also very kind and personable. We will not hesitate to book him again when we return to the area.
