My greatest pride? Adapting to your budget to offer you the very best the sea has to offer. Depending on your selection and preferences, I create a culinary journey with several sakana—those small Japanese sharing plates, veritable treasure troves of flavor that perfectly complement a glass of sake or wine. Then come the sashimi, nigiri, and maki, prepared according to the catch of the day. Each ingredient is carefully chosen, prepared with precision, and served at its peak of freshness.
When my customers close their eyes while savoring their meal, I know: I've hit the mark.
