I am a personal chef born under the sunny skies of Sicily, raised in Tuscany, and who honed my craft in Japan. My cuisine is a bridge between distant cultures, bringing together ancient traditions that coexist like carefully selected ingredients, enhancing one another and evoking masterpieces of flavor. My home-cooked cuisine is a tribute to the earth: homemade pasta, herbs picked from the fields, sourdough nurtured with dedication and love, fresh meat and fish from sustainable sources.
