I’m the daughter of Italian parents, born and raised in Brazil, and food has been at the heart of my life since childhood.
Growing up in a family of restaurateurs and wine producers, I naturally stepped into the culinary world, building my career in our family-owned restaurants. My journey has taken me across Brazil, Italy, the USA, France, Argentina, Thailand, and Kazakhstan, where I’ve explored diverse flavors and cooking techniques, shaping my unique style. Now based in Barcelona, I bring high energy, bold fusion flavors, and vibrant, colorful dishes to every table.
