Having spent 10 years working in the most prestigious French establishments, I am now looking to transcribe the learning that the Chefs I have worked with in recent years have taught me.
As a farmer's son, I attach great importance to the origin of raw materials; our land is so rich and unique that it is absolutely essential to preserve it while respecting it.
My culinary creations are very often linked to the jewels of the Mediterranean, from which I draw most of my inspiration. It is a land of flavor in which I have been immersed since I was very young.
I look forward to introducing you to my culinary world, combining modernity and creativity.

From the moment Chef Camille arrived at our rented villa in Roussillon, we knew we were in for something special. He arrived with everything he needed, immediately set a calm, confident tone, and explained the flow of the evening. His timing was spot on — every course came out at just the right moment, creating a seamless and relaxed dining experience. It was clear from the start that we were in the hands of an expert. As for the food, where do I even begin? Each dish was a perfect blend of French tradition and modern flair, with fresh, organic, and locally-sourced ingredients that showcased the very best of the region. Every bite was an explosion of flavor, carefully balanced and thoughtfully executed. It was the best meal any of us had in a long time, and we’ve all eaten at some great places. Camille’s attention to detail was evident in every element, from the presentation to the perfect seasoning. One thing that really stood out was his ability to explain the ingredients, preparation methods, and cultural significance behind each dish. We were able to learn a lot about French cuisine, and Camille’s warm, approachable nature made it all the more enjoyable. It felt like a personal tour through French gastronomy, right in the heart of Provence. And when it comes to clean-up — it was like he hadn’t even been there! Not only was the kitchen spotless, but he left the entire house looking cleaner than when he arrived. If you’re in Roussillon and have the chance to hire Chef Camille, do it. You won’t just get an incredible meal; you’ll be treated to an amazing experience.
