Eleonora Cruciani. Born in Rome in 1991. Graduated from the hotel institute, I immediately embarked on the path to the world of hospitality and catering. With great determination I worked in restaurants, bistros, hotels and pastry shops, collaborating with illustrious chefs and masters of the sector. I love Italian and international cuisine, my cuisine was born from this union: creative in flavors but rooted in my Lazio origins. After many years, I decided to start my own business, aspiring to what makes me happiest: creating culinary events, bringing my wealth of experience and passion into an environment like that of home, a journey through flavors and aromas, which will make the word “unforgettable” final dessert.
