I've been cooking since the age of 6, helping out my mom in the kitchen. I have always had a passion for food, and it shows. I throw my friends and family dinner parties, and have been told by multiple people to pursue professional cooking education. I also suffer from an IBD called Crohn's disease, which means I have to be more strict than the average person about what is in my food. Because of this, I have developed a lot of skill in substitutions and alternatives in cooking. I think this uniquely allows me to adapt dishes to whatever diet my client follows, without sacrificing on flavor. I believe even the strictest of diets can have an enjoyable meal! I also love baking, it is the side hobby to my main hobby of cooking.
