For me, every dish tells a story — born from tradition, shaped by technique, and served with heart. I’ve spent over 20 years cooking across Spain and Europe, many of those years inside Michelin-starred kitchens, but my foundation began at home in Córdoba, where family recipes lit the first spark.
My cooking blends heritage with craft, and if one dish holds my signature, it’s the duck & chicken paella with slow-cooked sofrito — a plate that always feels like yes, this is me.
I'm not just about food - I'm about creating an experience. A table full of laughter, shared wine, storytelling, and flavor that stays long after the night is over.
