My name is Quint Kroondijk, I am 27 years old, born and raised in The Hague. Cooking has never just been an activity for me, but a passion that has been instilled in me from a young age. My mother, with her French background, introduced me to a love for refined flavors and techniques. What started as simply watching in the kitchen grew into a lifelong fascination with everything related to food.

Although I have spent the past few years mainly focused on my studies in psychology, I have always continued to develop my passion for cooking. For example, I worked for six months as a chef for a law firm with around 50 employees. In that role, I learned not only to cook at a high level, but also to adapt to different preferences and dietary needs.

In my own kitchen, I regularly cook for friends and family, ranging from culinary highlights to simple, nutritious meals. I really enjoy surprising people with flavorful dishes that are not only delicious, but also aligned with their lifestyle. Dietary requirements are not a limitation for me, but rather a challenge. Whether it is low-carb, high-protein, or balanced nutrition with specific macros, I make sure the food is not only functional, but also truly appealing and tasty. My specialty lies in taking sports nutrition to the next level: meals that are nutritious, but far from boring.

At the moment, I work as an assistant psychologist at an addiction clinic in Cape Town. This job gives me a lot of satisfaction, but also provides me with the flexibility and free time to further pursue my passion for cooking. Because of this, I am highly available and flexible in my schedule, which allows me to fully adapt to the needs of my clients.
