My name is Rodrigo, and I’m a 36-year-old private chef passionate about Bolivian cuisine. Two years ago, I made a career shift to fully embrace my roots and share the rich, vibrant flavors of traditional Bolivian cooking through tailor-made dining experiences.
I began my journey by managing a restaurant specializing in handmade empanadas, a staple of South American street food. This experience sharpened my skills in kitchen management, recipe development, and customer service.
I then joined the dynamic culinary space "La Commune" for a year, where I had the chance to expand my techniques and work alongside diverse chefs, while staying true to my Bolivian culinary identity.
Today, I offer a private chef service that brings the soul of Bolivia straight to your table—ideal for dinner parties, cultural evenings, or special events.
