Passionate about gastronomy and the art of hosting, I currently work as a private chef at home, with a focus on emotion, quality ingredients, and client experience.
My cuisine is inspired by contemporary French gastronomy, enriched with Mediterranean and Japanese influences, to create dishes that are elegant, modern, and deeply flavorful. I pay particular attention to ingredient quality, precision in cooking, and the balance of flavors.
Every service is designed as a tailor-made experience: I talk with clients to understand their preferences, habits, dietary requirements, and the spirit of their event. My goal is simple: to offer cuisine that reflects you, in a refined, welcoming, and memorable atmosphere.
What I love most is creating unique moments around the table — whether an intimate dinner, a gourmet tasting menu, or a private event — where every detail matters, from the plate to the service.
One of the dishes that represents me best is a tasting menu combining Mediterranean seafood and Japanese techniques, where precision, freshness, and aesthetics come together. In these creations, I fully find what drives me: excellence, creativity, and the joy of creating a true culinary experience.
