My cuisine is inspired by Mediterranean and contemporary European gastronomy, with a strong passion for Portuguese flavors elevated to a fine-dining level. I focus on high-quality ingredients, elegant plating, and balanced compositions that awaken the senses.
The dish I am most proud of is my signature Bacalhau com Broa e Espinafre — a reinterpretation of a Portuguese classic. The delicate saltiness of the cod, the crispy herb-infused cornbread crust, and the silky sautéed spinach come together in perfect harmony. It’s the kind of dish that makes guests pause after the first bite — and smile.
