We can’t rave enough about Chef Yannis and the wonderful dinner he prepared for us! We arranged a very special gathering of long-time friends for a vacation in southern France. We knew that we wanted a special dinner for all of us to enjoy together and we searched for a private chef to help us make it happen. We found Yannis and worked with him in advance of our trip as he presented us with several menu options. He was quick to respond, easy to work with, and happy to make adjustments to the menu. Yannis is a delightful chef who arrived on time, and did the final preparations efficiently in our kitchen. The food was exquisite - beautifully presented and delicious. Throughout the meal, he was the perfect host, explaining all the courses and presenting them with flourish. When Yannis left, the kitchen was cleaner than before. Thank you Chef Yannis!
