Chef Bryan is zeer goed voorbereid en heeft van te voren duidelijke communicatie verzorgd over het menu en het verloop van de avond maar ook wat wel en niet inclusief was zoals servies en kookgerei. Wij hadden een 4-gangen menu voor 6personen. Het eten smaakte niet alleen voortreffelijk, de opmaak was een feestje voor het oog (chefwaardig5*). Zijn werkwijze engedrah was zeer professioneel, georganiseerd en hygiënisch. Deze chef is zijn geld meer dan waard!!!

He is very professional, kind, and attentive, making the whole experience seamless and enjoyable. From start to finish, it was clear he cares deeply about his craft and his guests. Nous avons eu le plaisir de faire appel au chef Bryan pour fêter les 60 ans surprises de ma maman, et tout était parfait ! Grâce à ses délicieux plats, nous avons passé une soirée mémorable.
