About Chef Camille Dessolin
A young and passionate chef, Camille, a graduate in Applied Arts, decided in 2018 to return to her first passion: Cooking. Self-taught, she obtained her cooking certification (CAP cuisine) as an independent candidate. She began her journey working with several chefs from Marseille's Gourméditerranée association for off-site culinary events, notably for MPG2019.
After these enriching experiences, she crafted her own culinary universe, offering eclectic and creative cuisine. Camille is attentive to the design of her creations as much as to flavors and sensations, taking special care to reflect them on the plate. Inspired by ingredients, open to new inspirations, curious about innovations and cooking techniques, Camille aims to share her passion for cooking and provide new culinary experiences through special moments
