Nous avons passé une excellente soirée grâce à chef Guilherme! Le dîner était excellent, amuses bouches, entrée, plat, dessert, tout à fait l’unanimité auprès de tous les convives! Il a su s’adapter dans une maison que nous ne connaissions pas, avec peu de matériel :)

Chef Guilherme est très fiable, arrivé pile à l’heure et a cuisiné les plats que nous avions convenus. C’était un délice ! Il s’est aussi occupé du dressage de la table et du service. Nous avons passé un super moment, je recommande fortement !!!

Super expérience d'un atelier cuisine pour préparer un dîner entre amis lors d'un EVJF. Guilherme avait tout anticipé pour qu'on prépare un délicieux dîner jusqu'à la déco de la table. Il nous a bien guidé tout du long.

We invited Guilherme to cook for a special birthday dinner in Avignon, and it was a really lovely evening. He and his colleague Antoine were punctual and professional, and the service throughout the evening was warm and attentive. The food was well balanced and thoughtfully prepared, with generous portions that everyone appreciated. Each course felt carefully put together, and it was clear that attention had been given to both ingredients and detail. They even left the kitchen spotless at the end of the night.

Was a lovely evening with Chef Guilherme - arrived at the villa with a second person to help serve and decorate - also a firendly chap. Great attitude by the both of them - and chefs food was incredible! Expecially the cold melon soup with mint i can only recommend!! 5 stars across the board

Thank you for a wonderful evening! Super friendly and very accommodating. We were a group of 9, one of us was a vegetarian, and he created a fantastic menu for us. Guilherme and Antoine were a brilliant team and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The food was excellent, especially the seabass. The table set up was beautiful and really thoughtful. I really recommend Guilherme for your next event!

Our group of eight from the United States hired Chef Guilherme Costa to provide dinner for us at our vacation villa. We enjoyed a wonderful evening with great food and friends! Our meal was expertly prepared and had a unique blend of Portuguese and French influences, due to Chef Guilherme's background. The courses were not heavy-laden with sauces or intense spices, but instead seasoned subtly to let the full flavor of the meat, vegetables, fruits, and cheeses shine through. The ingredients were extremely fresh and the entire meal had a light taste to it that did not end with everyone feeling uncomfortably overfull. Chef Guilherme and his assistant Antoine were very friendly, cheerful and eager to please. They were very conversational and accommodating throughout the evening with attention to detail in table setting, plating, and food allergies. Their cleanup process was fast and efficient, yet extremely thorough. We recommend Chef Guilherme Costa for those interested in great food, wonderful presentation, and making memories!

Expérience AU TOP Chef Guilherme et son acolyte Antoine nous ont fourni un service majestueux La cuisine était tout simplement délicieuse et la prestation de très haute qualité Pour cette occasion importante (EVG) nous avons engagé Guilherme en tant que chef privé. Ce dernier nous a concocté un menu pour 10 personnes inspiré de ses racines Portugaises et Italiennes. Avec de la passion et une touche d'émotion, la prestation du chef est venue sublimer ce moment intime. Pratique et à l'écoute de nos souhaits, il s'est adapté à nos demandes comme par exemple accorder le menu à notre sélection de vin nature. Merci encore pour ce moment!

We had such a special evening with Chef Guilherme coming to our house and providing a lovely special dinner for 16 of us. I booked in very last minute and he was amazing at pulling together a menu for both adults and children, he arrived in time and cooked a lovely lovely meal. The table decorations were so nice and added a lovely extra specialness to the evening. Guilherme was professional, left the kitchen very neat and tidy and most of all had made delicious food!

Une expérience tout à fait exceptionnelle. Le chef était aussi fabuleux que ses plats. Une expérience hors du commun, mes convives m’en parlent encore des semaines après l’événement. Le chef fût très professionnel, plus qu’à l’écoute de mes désirs et sa proposition de plats était divine. Le goût ainsi que la présentation étaient à la hauteur de son travail. A l’unanimité nous vous recommandons ce chef pour vos dîners. Le steak de chou fleur au beurre de miso était notre coup de cœur de la soirée.
