Classic Peruvian Ceviche 
Fresh fish marinated in lime juice with red onion, cilantro, and Peruvian ají limo, served with sweet potato and Peruvian corn and fried calamari.
Ingredients:
Fresh white fish, lime juice, red onion, cilantro, ají limo chili, salt, sweet potato, Peruvian corn (choclo)

Ceviche Classic

Layered mashed yellow or purple potatoes seasoned with lime and ají amarillo, filled with Crab salad and avocado.
Ingredients:
Potatoes, ají amarillo chili paste, lime juice, vegetable oil, mayonnaise, red onion, salt filled with Octopus,or Crab or Chicken.

Causa Limena

Stir-fried beef with red onion, tomatoes, soy sauce, and vinegar, served with crispy fries and white rice.
Ingredients:
Beef tenderloin, red onion, tomato, soy sauce, red wine vinegar, garlic, cilantro, potatoes, rice, vegetable oil

Lomo Saltado

A traditional northern Peruvian rice dish, slow-cooked with fresh cilantro, dark beer, and aromatic spices, served with tender braised duck. This flavorful and comforting dish reflects the rich culinary heritage of northern Peru.
Ingredients:
Duck, rice, fresh cilantro, dark beer, red onion, garlic, yellow chili pepper (ají amarillo), vegetable oil, salt, black pepper, cumin.
