Wat een topavond hebben wij gehad met chef Fay! Niet alleen kan ze fantastisch koken, ze is zeer georganiseerd (brandschone en opgeruimde keuken na afloop) en een hele goede gastvrouw. Eten werd uitgeserveerd met uitleg over ingrediënten en de bijpassende wijnen. Fay dacht creatief mee bij een speciaal verzoek van mij. Het allerleukste aan Fay? Ze is heel leuk en gezellig, dus wij raden haar aan!!

Amazing evening with Joy for a special surprise for my mother in law’s 60th birthday celebrations. From the get go, had great communication with Joy for the menu choices. On the night, the food was incredible - well presented, so tasty and a lot of variety. Overall service was fabulous with Joy leaving everything so clean. Could not recommend any more!

Het was een erg fijne avond. We hadden een workshop aangevraagd, maar ivm de kleine woonkamer en keuken van onze vakantiewoning was dit niet geheel goed uitvoerbaar. Dit hebben we vooraf ook met elkaar besproken. Knap hoe Jan in een kleine keuken toch een heerlijk menu heeft kunnen maken en alles zo netjes heeft kunnen houden! Jan was erg prettig in contact en kon veel vertellen over de gerechten en bijpassende wijnen.

We loved the experience with chef Elizabeth! I booked a dinner for a surprise birthday party with my friends and chef Elisabeth delivered a great experience. She was flexible, communicated quickly and was very fun to be around, she was perfect for our party. Key highlights were the ajo blanco soup and the main meal (meat dish) and a nice sharing desert experience. I highly recommend her! Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures of the meals!

For my parents’ 80th birthday, we booked a workshop with Chef Aaron Auping. He completely surprised us with his workshop. We have quite a bit of cooking experience, but we all gained many new ideas. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere that he and his sous-chef brought was wonderfully relaxed. Thank you, Aaron. We really enjoyed it.

We had the absolute pleasure of booking Chef Simone Sorace to cook for us during our stay in Lake Como, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, Chef Simone was professional, attentive, and an absolute joy to work with. The communication and coordination were seamless, and the service was impeccable. Every dish he prepared was beautifully presented and bursting with authentic Italian flavor — truly some of the best meals we’ve ever had. It felt like dining in a five-star restaurant from the comfort of our villa. Chef Simone’s passion for his craft shines through in every bite. Chef Adolfo was amazing to work with. I had a very specific request to feed a group of 35 people with a variety of dietary restrictions as part of a yacht party I was planning. There was very strict timing and delivery needs and he knocked it out of the park. He helped bring everything on the boat. Very clear instructions on all of the food. Amazing communication through the planning process to make sure my guest would be happy. Highly recommend!

He also offered charming company during the evening, and served efficiently and graciously, as well as leaving the place spotless. An amazing chef who went above and beyond in every area imaginable, we had 4 days and almost every meal with Jacopo for our group of 7. Friendly, helpful, proper premium restaurant quality meals and a great variety. Great value and worth every penny Our favourites was the BBQ fish experience, meat BBQ, fresh Pizzas and Salmon eggs benedict.

Chef Alice created a wonderful traditional Italian meal (with a few modern twists) for my mother's 80th birthday. Beautiful, delicious food, served during the evening, making the family celebration in our rented villa, with an unafmiliar kitchen perfect. Na mijn huwelijksaanzoek heeft Joep voor ons een voortreffelijke viergangenlunch verzorgd, compleet met bijpassende wijnen en als afsluiting een heerlijke kaasplank. De afstemming vooraf verliep heel soepel en op de dag zelf was alles tot in de puntjes voorbereid. We hebben enorm genoten en bevelen Joep van harte aan!

The lunch was really good. We had zakouskis, langoustine raviolis and then beef picanha. This was really excellent. The dessert was a bit of a disappointment, particularly for those who ordered the pavlova. Indeed, it was not at all a pavlova. However, the chef had agreed to my request to have 2 desserts (the other was a tiramisu). The kitchen was also left perfectly clean. The guests had two comments: everything went a bit too quickly and the quantities were a bit small for some. Honestly, we will do it again!

Chef Alessio provided us with the highest level of professionalism and culinary excellence. We had a group of seven guests, some quite particular about food yet every single person was impressed and satisfied. I requested a range of delicious finger foods. For the main course, Chef Alessio prepared an outstanding Cacio e Pepe Pasta with Lime Zest, which was perfectly balanced and beautifully presented. Both Alessio and his colleague were exceptionally professional, friendly, and discreet. They made us feel completely comfortable having them in our home and contributed to a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere throughout the evening. I would highly recommend Chef Alessio to anyone seeking an elevated dining experience with impeccable service and genuine warmth.

Aaron was super nice and super friendly. I wasn’t feeling great that day and he was so kind a really supportive. He went out of his was to still help me have a good day. The food was amazing and respected the wishes. Communication was also perfect.

We had a surprise dinner of 8 people for my wife's 60th birthday. Jelte helped making it a festive and unforgettable event. He came on time, prepared the dining table and quickly made himself home in the open kitchen. The 4 courses were without exception excellent, fine dining. Throughout the dinner he was present without being obtrusive and had a good feeling for when to contribute to the discussions. At the end he cleaned the whole dining room and kitchen. The whole experience was excellent and we can wholeheartedly recommend Jelte to anyone seeking a Chef at home.

Great food. It was easy to contact Platon and discuss our wishes. He’s very easy going but also discreet. If I ever do the home coocking again I wil definitely call Platon. Fantastic chef!

Chef Nicolas was great! We had a six course meal for my partners 50th birthday and it was lovely. He showed up on time, ready to go. His assistant was organized and made our table beautifully. Gnocchi and arancini were our favorite dishes. He was very flexible as well when last minute we wanted to add a little eggplant parm and he was able to do so. Just a wonderful experience.

Chef Mounia was terrific. She prepared a delicious 4 course meal to ten tired travelers and easily accommodated for our dietary differences. Prior to the date of our dinner she was always available to answer questions and to suggest alternatives. When she left the kitchen was clean as if she was never there. Chef Alexandre made an amazing dinner for my family during a vacation in Bayeux. I have a dairy allergy, which can be difficult in France, but Alexandre was most accommodating! All the food was delicious and crafted with great attention to detail. He even made me a special dessert for my birthday. He was courteous and easy to communicate with. Chef Bruno catered for 16 of us in Marmande. Chef was very cooperative and accommodating in the lead up to the booking as we had vegan and vegetarian guests. The food was delicious and came out promptly - the two servers he had helping were also very friendly. They left the kitchen absolutely spotless. Definitely recommend!

Chef Apolline prepared a dinner full of flavor, inspired by Brittany, seasonal produce and her own journey as a chef. Chef Mauro is erg rustig en houdt zich op de achtergrond zodat je je volledig op je gasten kan richten. Wanneer hij iets moet vragen, doet hij dit op een erg discrete manier.

I don’t think I have ever given any review where I have had to give 5 stars for everything. We could not have asked for a better evening. From their personalities, service, professionalism and of course food. We had exquisite appetisers before our meal followed by a truly lovely three course meal. Thé presentation and attention to detail was no less than requisite ans were their menu choices. Our guests loved everything and ended with a spontaneous round of applause from everyone. I can’t recommend Valeria and Gaby enough.

Chef Enrico and his team were amazing - I cannot thank them enough for a fantastic evening. We had booked Enrico to cater for a group with challenging dietary requirements and he exceeded all expectations with the quality and variety of food that he prepared for us all. In addition to the delicious food, Enrico provided a brilliant explanation of the dishes and the local ingredients that he had used which was highly entertaining and a lovely enhancement to our evening. Everything worked like clockwork, allowing us to relax while leaving all arrangements in his capable hands. The kitchen was even left spotless afterwards. We were lucky enough to book Chef Thomas last minute after a cancellation, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. He dropped everything to be with us and we can’t thank him enough. He went above and beyond to adapt the menu to our dietary requirements, including adjustments for a pregnancy, all while keeping the dishes fresh and incredibly flavorful. Not only was the food outstanding, but he was also a pleasure to have around - warm, thoughtful, and great company. He truly went out of his way to make the anniversary dinner feel special, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would recommend him without hesitation and can’t wait to rebook when we return to Portugal. Thank you Chef Thomas.

We zijn erg blij met wat Dante heeft gekookt. Hij werd door ons uitgedaagd om ook met een plantaardig 'vleesgerecht' te komen en dat heeft hij geweldig gedaan. De wine paring was helemaal top! Bovendien is Dante heel aardig en bescheiden. Dus een prachtige combinatie van lekker eten met een prettige chef.

Nous avons été déçu du chef Amina. Nous avons vue qu'elle était excellente et raffiné. Mais elle est arrivé en retard donc le service fut long. J'ai due déboursé un supplément de $190 pour un serveur car nous étions 14 invités et elle voulait un deuxième serveur à $150 dont j'ai refusé. Les portions étaient petites, exemple le dessert était servis dans un verre à "shooter".

Mede dankzij Katherine hebben wij een onvergetelijke avond gehad op onze 35 jarige huwelijksdag. Katherine was keurig op tijd , had alles goed voorbereid en had alles meegenomen wat niet in onze Villa aanwezig was. Gedurende haar aanwezigheid hebben wij leuk met haar gesproken, een heel vriendelijke Chef. Het eten (Tapas) waren heerlijk en van goed kwaliteit. Na afloop was alles keurig opgeruimd en nam ze zelfs haar eigen afval mee. Katherine was super.

During the planning stage she worked with me very effectively to customize the menu. And the event itself was amazing. She assisted with staging the dinner and the meal itself was excellent. I cannot thank Chef Thomas enough! We had previously booked another Chef through another agency who cancelled on us last minute and that agency was not able to provide a replacement. We travelled from Toronto to Portugal to celebrate my Aunt's 60th birthday and this was supposed to be our celebration evening. Not only did Chef Thomas come to our rescue, travelling from Lisbon to Albufeira, he was able to match the menu! The meal he prepared was extraordinary. The entire party raved about the food, flavours, texture, everything about it. The presentation was phenomenal as well not to mention how personable and friendly they were. We all couldn't have anticipated how fabulous the evening was thanks to Chef Thomas. I never thought I'd be more thankful to have someone cancel on us! This was how it was meant to be!

We had the pleasure of having Chef Vera cook for our hen party, and we couldn't recommend her more! She arrived at 5 PM to start prepping, everyone who walked past the kitchen mentioned how amazing it smelt. By 8 PM, the table was beautifully set, and we were treated to a feast that included everything from cheeses and olives to chicken wings, peri peri chicken, Picanha steak, seafood, potatoes, and salads. The prawns, steak and potatoes were the star of the show, everyone loved them so much, we barely had enough to go around! The food was all delicious, and we had plenty of leftovers, which made for a perfect lunch the next day. Chef Vera was professional, and made the entire experience so enjoyable. Maeve was hired to deliver a 6 course menu that met expectations. Very solution-oriented and delivered very good food. The menu was put together with Maeva and me. Maeva helped create a good atmosphere and a cozy mood. We were left with a fantastic experience and can be highly recommended.

Everything was tasty and professionally conducted. We asked for a pastry to end the meal with. The chef just bought pastries from a local store. This was a low point. The amount of cooking actually done was extremely low for the price point.

Chef Lionel was fantastic. He is a great person, he was interactive, friendly, funny, engaging and knowledgeable. He has a passion for fantastic food, which was easy to see. For example he brought olive oil made from his own olives from the tree at his house. The menu was excellent and he was really responsive to our requests. After his initial menu thoughts we ended up with a lovely menu showcasing the seasonal products from the local area. He was quick to respond to messages and easy to engage with. Finally the quality of the food he produced was amazing. As beautiful as our most favourite restaurants - right up there in terms of taste and flavour. Thank you Lionel for making our celebration a special memory.
