I&nbsp;am an Italian private chef from Romagna with more than 25 years of professional culinary experience. My cuisine is deeply rooted in the Adriatic seafood tradition, combining authentic regional recipes with contemporary private dining experiences.
Together with my cousin and chef partner, I founded Cugini in Cucina, a project focused on live seafood grill experiences and traditional Romagna “Rustida” prepared directly at guests’ homes and villas.

I specialize in convivial dining, seafood grilling and authentic Italian hospitality, creating relaxed yet refined experiences where guests can enjoy restaurant-level cuisine in the comfort of their own space.
