Pieces of melon dressed with chili oil and ribbons of smoked dehydrated carrot draped around, finished with lemon thyme

Ravioli

Ravioli filled with tofu ricotta and wilted greens, served with a butter and sage sauce

Smoked Fennel

Smoked and roasted fennel in a rich tomato sauce with capers, olives and herbs. A fennel salad on the side. Served with fresh focaccia.

Orzata sgroppino

A palate cleanser. A spoonable icy drink made from lemonsorbet, orzata (almond syrup) and prosecco.

Crostata

A tart filled with sweetend almond ricotta and seasonal fruit.
