About Chef Stefano Del Rosso
He began his career as a chef in 1991 in the most renowned restaurant in Bari, in southern Italy, where the foundation of his cuisine is Mediterranean. He earned several awards in international and Mediterranean cuisine.
Later, he started collaborating with Michelin-starred restaurants in Italy for 12 years, refining his culinary expertise. In 2010, he arrived in St Tropez, working at Cristina, Brasserie des Arts, Nikki Beach, and on well-known beaches in St Tropez. Here, he expanded his knowledge and began catering to the specific desires of many VIP clients as a private chef.
Today, he continues his career as a private chef because he enjoys satisfying the unique and extravagant cravings of his clients through an Italian and French culinary identity, respecting nature and its products.
