I am an Angolan personal chef, trained at the School of Hospitality and Tourism of Lamego, a highly prestigious institution. I had the opportunity to complete internships in renowned 5-star hotels such as Six Senses Douro Valley, as well as with one of Spain’s major hotel groups, which operates only one property in Portugal: Parador Casa da Ínsua.I have proven experience in hotel kitchens and as a private chef, along with additional training in coffee and beverage preparation, gluten-free cuisine, and food allergens.


My greatest passion is enhancing the value of ingredients in order to deliver the best possible experience to my clients.
