We loved our special dinner with giuseppe and his wife. They prepared great canape, stunning salad where the mozzarella freshly flew from Napoli for our dinner. The main and dessert were stunning and everyone loved it. We could see only empty plate. We would recommend having giuseppe for other night where you want to relax and spent time with your guests as they have everything under control and can adapt the menu and the service on the night. Only good feedback from here thank you giuseppe!

Terenzio is a very friendly and capable chef. He truly felt the energy of our diner and made sure he dis not intrude in any way. Like a silent facilitator, brilliant!

We had the absolute pleasure of having Deniz as our chef during a 5-day retreat in Portugal, and I can truly say that he is extraordinary. The food he prepared was absolutely delicious, every meal was a masterpiece, cooked with so much care, flavor, and attention to detail. Deniz is not only a highly professional chef, but also an incredibly kind and thoughtful person. He was attentive to our needs, always made sure everything was perfect, and brought such a warm and supportive energy to the retreat. You can feel the passion and love he puts into every dish. I wholeheartedly recommend him, if you have the chance to work with Deniz or enjoy his cooking, you are in for a real treat. He is outstanding in every way. Thank you, Deniz, for everything. Chef Bruno was great, he cooked for 14 of us for a hen do and did lots of small plates per course to match all the dietary requirements which was lovely. Food tasted great and the service was also very good and exactly to the times that we had asked for !

Difficile d'écrire un avis quand tout était un sans faute ! En préparation la communication avec Margot a été excellente et transparente. Margot nous a concocté un repas excellent et original qui a eu beaucoup de succès. Elle a aussi eu plein de petites intentions et nous avons beaucoup apprécié sa compagnie pour la soirée. Cela nous a permis de voir l'envers du décor et d'apprendre plein de choses. Nous recommandons évidemment pour l'expérience au global et pas seulement culinaire même si nous nous sommes régalés, cela va sans dire !

Nous avons passé une très belle soirée avec Gérard. Tous les plats étaient excellents. Son histoire et son parcours sont incroyables et méritent d’y prêter attention. Une organisation et des échanges rapides et fluides. Je vous recommande Gérard pour vos expériences gustatives.

Wat een heerlijke avond hebben wij gehad met Chef Raffael! De gerechten waren allemaal echte kunstwerkjes, maar het allerbelangrijkst was toch wel dat elk gerecht zó goed op smaak was. Je proeft de passie voor het eten terug in elke smaak. Daarnaast was Raffael ontzettend vriendelijk, werkte hij hygiënisch en professioneel. Al met al een hele bijzondere ervaring. Dikke aanrader dus!

You could taste the care and attention in every bite. They were so flexible with timings and ensured food was served promptly and seamlessly throughout the evening, making everything feel effortless. Fiona and Alexandre are such lovely people, and it was clear how much passion they have for what they do. We feel so lucky to have had them as part of our special day! Thank you so much!

We hebben een hele fijne avond gehad op de vakantieboerderij waar we met onze kinderen en kleinkinderen een familieweekend hadden. Chef Anthony had heerlijke gerechten gemaakt. Ook de kleinsten hebben lekker gegeten en hij was heel flexibel, zodat kinderen en baby’s voor het hoofdgerecht naar bed konden worden gebracht. We hebben genoten en een echte restaurantbeleving gehad. Heerlijk 😄

Our group of eight from the United States hired Chef Guilherme Costa to provide dinner for us at our vacation villa. We enjoyed a wonderful evening with great food and friends! Our meal was expertly prepared and had a unique blend of Portuguese and French influences, due to Chef Guilherme's background. The courses were not heavy-laden with sauces or intense spices, but instead seasoned subtly to let the full flavor of the meat, vegetables, fruits, and cheeses shine through. The ingredients were extremely fresh and the entire meal had a light taste to it that did not end with everyone feeling uncomfortably overfull. Chef Guilherme and his assistant Antoine were very friendly, cheerful and eager to please. They were very conversational and accommodating throughout the evening with attention to detail in table setting, plating, and food allergies. Their cleanup process was fast and efficient, yet extremely thorough. We recommend Chef Guilherme Costa for those interested in great food, wonderful presentation, and making memories!

Chef Ivan and the lovely Camille provided us with an evening that can only be described as magical. Communication before our dinner could not have been better and Chef’s willingness to accommodate additional requests (cocktails, wines, specific dessert) were appreciated. Chef’s menu, attention to detail, and clear love of his art was on display the entire evening. Fresh ingredients, beautiful presentations, and quiet commentary describing his creations was much appreciated. Camille provided a loving accompaniment to the evening as she worked to ensure our comfort. And her homemade ravioli was perfect! No less important to the evening was Chef’s and Camille’s arrival and departure. They took care of everything from setup to cleanup. I look forward to the next time I can engage with this highly creative culinary couple!

Giuseppe is a nice guy, responsive and accommodating. His family came to help him in the kitchen and serving the table. They created an incredibly warm atmosphere at the dinner. Food was good and appropriately portioned.

Her attention to dietary requirements isn't perfunctory; she checked days in advance, understanding that good food requires careful preparation, not last-minute accommodations. What set her apart was also her communication style: clear, proactive, and refreshingly free of the back-and-forth that I had with other chefs. Her training across multiple cuisines shows in the food—dishes that feel authentic rather than fusion-confused, pleasant looking but not tasty.

Vera cooked a wonderful 6 dish buffet style meal for 14 people which included some traditional Portuguese dishes. The baked creamy cod, garlic & lemon shrimp, and duck rice dishes were our favourites.

Chef Vera is so sweet and food devine

Jan heeft een fantastische 4 gangen menu voor ons gekookt. De communicatie vantevoren via chat en telefoon ging prima en ook enkele "last minute requests" ivm twee extra gasten waren geen probleem. Ook op de avond van het diner heeft Jan steeds meegedacht en voor een goede sfeer gezorgd. Zeker een aanrader voor een bijzondere avond!

Chef Pascal Hennequin was waanzinnig: eten was van hoogstaand nivo en de communicatie en voorbereiding met Pascal verliep uitstekend. Pascal dacht ook goed mee met de menu wensen en de wijnen. Ik kan Pascal iedereen aanraden en zou hem zo weer boeken.

We keken erg uit naar deze avond en wat is het geslaagd! Het was een verrassing voor de vriendengoep, dus wij hebben alles met Ariënne besproken en geen aanpassing was te veel. Met een grote groep wisselt er geregeld nog wat...persoon erbij, persoon eraf, toch een zwangere etc etc... Maar alles was te bespreken en aan te passen. Toen was daar eindelijk de avond en wat was het eten heerlijk! En ook heel mooi opgediend! Naast het diner hadden we ook nog een wijnarrangement genomen, dus bij elke gang een passende wijn. Heel veel dank voor deze leuke en heerlijke avond. Wij hebben met de hele groep genoten van jouw kookkunsten!

Our group of 13 had a wonderful experience with Chef Giuseppe from start to finish! We worked with him on customizing the menu for food allergies and mixed a few of the menus he has available to better suit our preferences. He was extremely kind and communicative throughout the entire process and flexible! He and his associate arrived right on time. The food was DELICIOUS and the entire process was absolutely seamless start to finish. They even left the kitchen cleaner than it was to begin with! Spotless. Super super kind folks and really delicious menu. Highly recommend!

Our experience with Chef Camille Adam was amazing! His communication, professionalism and service was 5/5 stars. His precision in the presentation of the menu that catered to multiple dietary restrictions was beautiful. We have a group of gluten free, tree nut allergy and a mother to be and he was able to adjust the menu for each with ease. We would recommend Chef Camille Adam 1000%.

Het was ge-wel-dig. Iedereen was super enthousiast, dit gaat zeker doorverteld worden. Het eten was tip top in orde, had zelfs rekening gehouden met glutenintollerantie van iemand, ook het hoofdgerecht aangepast naar de voorkeuren van ons. De service was zeer goed, niets op aan te merken, heel vriendelijk allebei. De kennis die hij had over de wijn zorgde zeker ook voor een meerwaarde. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

We hired Chef Melora for the first night of our hen party and I cannot express how amazing she made our evening! The menu was beautiful, food was incredible, decorations were amazing, I cannot fault anything about Chef Melora! Communication in the lead up to our event was perfect. I spoke to many chefs before booking someone for our special event and Chef Melora was the only one whom I got a great vibe from and who completely understood what we were looking for! I cannot recommend Chef Melora enough, she is too good!

We asked Laurent to be our chef for a special family occasion. Laurent was a consummate professional throughout and a pleasure to deal with. Communicating with him beforehand was easy, efficient and stress-free. He was endlessly kind, considerate, patient and accommodating to our every need. For starter, Laurent made a beautiful visually-striking chickpea salad. For main course, he produced a magnificent tender slow-cooked lamb, which was a huge crowd-pleaser (with leftovers lasting for days!). However, the pinnacle of the meal was undoubtedly a stunning croquembouche dessert. Skilfully prepared, visually breathtaking, and absolutely delicious, this was the highlight the occasion. We will be talking about it for many years to come. We are extremely grateful for everything Laurent did for us. It was a joy to have him share in our family occasion and we hope to meet him again some time in the future.

Professionnalisme, échanges fluides, conforme au devis et bien réalisé

Nous avons fait appel au chef Giuseppe pour notre séminaire d’entreprise dans le sud de la France. Il a assuré un dîner, trois petits-déjeuners et trois déjeuners sous forme de buffet. Le chef a su s’adapter aux régimes alimentaires spécifiques de l’équipe (végétarien, diabétique), malgré un petit oubli initial qui a été rapidement corrigé. Il a également respecté notre budget et, surtout, a fait preuve d’une grande flexibilité face à notre organisation changeante, notamment un changement de lieu de dernière minute. Son équipe est très agréable et professionnelle. Je recommande vivement le chef Giuseppe !

Pour un EVG à 9 personnes, il a tout géré de A à Z : installation d’une superbe table, cuisine raffinée avec des produits locaux, et un service parfait. Chaque plat était un vrai régal. Not only is Chef Mickael Giron a wonderfully talented and personable chef who came to our home and prepared a delicious meal and elevated dining experience featuring duck prepared sous-vide we will remember for years to come he is a wonderful man and a pleasure to get to know. We were a party of six for my birthday and hiring Mickael to cook a dinner for us at home was the best decision I could have made. He was a pleasure to communicate with, very responsive and personable and came up with a delicious menu with inventive combinations of flavors and the best quality local fresh ingredients including herbs from his garden and eggs from his own hens. He has a great flair for creating memorable dining experiences and a great personality to go with it. We will surely hire him again for our next dinner party!

J'ai contacté Chef Simon Provost pour le baptême de mon fils. Il a été d'une grande écoute dans la préparation du menu. La journée a été particuièrement réussite. Tout était absolument délicieux, une cuisine fine et des assiettes soignées. Je recommande vivement Chef Simon Provost pour son professionnalisme et la qualité de sa cuisine. C'est également une personne discrète qui s'est très bien adaptée à l'espace qu'il découvrait. Je garderai un très bon souvenir de ce repas et serais ravi de refaire appel à ses services.

Un moment magique, impeccable et absolument délicieux ! Melora a réussi l'impossible, préparer un repas pour 17 convives dans une petite cuisine aux équipements restreints. Des amuses-bouches jusqu'au dessert tout était parfait, avec en prime une jolie décoration et des menus personnalisés. Entendu lors de la soirée : "Même au restau c'est pas aussi bon !" Je recommande à 100%, et je suis certaine de refaire appel à elle pour un autre événement !

Weer een geweldige avond gehad verzorgd door Konrad. Tijdens ons jaarlijkse vriendenweekend hebben wij Konrad voor de 2e keer uitgenodigd om een diner te bereiden voor ons gezelschap. We hebben heerlijk gegeten en de keuken is spik en span achter gelaten. Top!
