I am highly organised, calm and focused on delivering a seamless experience, adapting easily from relaxed daily meals to elevated dining for guests.

I am a mother and a widow, which has strengthened my sense of responsibility, discretion and commitment. I am deeply client-focused and take great pride in understanding and exceeding guests’ expectations.

I speak English fluently and have a good working knowledge of French. I enjoy working in professional environments where trust, consistency and attention to detail matter, and my priority is always to ensure owners and guests feel genuinely well looked after.
