Today, I specialize in creating bespoke dining experiences that move effortlessly between refined fine dining and warm French bistrot cuisine. I adapt to each clientโs vision. Whether itโs an elegant multi-course tasting menu, a buffet feast, or a beautifully executed celebration dinner.
My signature dish? Duck Wellington with orange sauce, wrapped in golden puff pastry, rich, dramatic, and unapologetically French. Itโs a perfect example of my style: technical, bold, and beautifully plated.
