This was a new experience. I wanted to celebrate a special birthday, but wasn’t sure what to do. So I found Chef Miguel Martins through ChefMaison. From the initial contact he was helpful and professional, suggesting menus and helping me to decide. I chose the menu for a family celebration. The day arrived Chef Miguel arrived, as promised and delivered a superb meal with canapés. The quality, taste and delivery was equally as good as a fine dining restaurant, but at a brilliant price. Not only did Miguel cook for us, he explained the dishes, was attentive throughout and cleared up afterwards. He left our kitchen spotless. So we had the great restaurant experience in the comfort of our home. He catered for different dietary requirements and made sure we were left to enjoy our evening! I cannot fault the experience or Chef Miguel and I will certainly make use of this in future and I would not hesitate to recommend Chef Miguel to my friends and family. It was brilliant! Thank you!

Amazing evening with Joy for a special surprise for my mother in law’s 60th birthday celebrations. From the get go, had great communication with Joy for the menu choices. On the night, the food was incredible - well presented, so tasty and a lot of variety. Overall service was fabulous with Joy leaving everything so clean. Could not recommend any more!

Everything was perfectly arranged with Sem. The food was delicious, and he kept his promises. It was quite a walk upstairs from the kitchen, but he was flexible and accommodating. Highly recommended; I would definitely do it again!

We recently had Chef Aude cook a cozy dinner for four at our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The food was delicious and refreshingly different from a standard menu. She also took great care to accommodate a cow’s milk allergy for one of our guests, which we truly appreciated. On top of that, she completely took the stress out of the evening by handling the preparation, setup, and clean-up. We were able to relax and enjoy our time together while everything was taken care of seamlessly. We highly recommend Chef Aude for anyone looking for a warm, worry-free, and high-quality dining experience at home.

Chef Réginald prepared a wonderful meal for us in Belgium. Every course was fantastic and Réginald was easy to communicate with beforehand to arrange everything.

Wij hadden een geweldige avond, heerlijk gegeten en totaal ontzorgd. Onze kleinzoon was helemaal fan van Jan, want hij moecht meehelpen. Dank je Jan voor een fijne avond.

Het was echt een beleving! De gastvrijheid, het eten, het verhaal, echt een happening en een aanrader.

Goede communicatie vooraf, onopvallend in de keuken hard gewerkt en een fantastisch, deels vegetarisch menu verzorgd. Echt top!

Een absoluut onvergetelijke ervaring, erg goed eten, mooie wijnen, fantastische service. Ik kan niet anders dan op alle punten een excellente score geven. Dit is zeker voor herhaling vatbaar en de "word of mouth" verspreid zich al via de 18 gasten. Zelf al meerdere aanbevelingen gedaan aan vrienden. Merlin en Sebastiaan geweldig gewoon!

This was a phenomenal experience! We really enjoyed the superb quality of Merlin & Sebastiaan's menu in the comfort and intimacy of our own home. Presentation was excellent. Food quality and creativity was great, with good consideration to dietary restrictions. Communication was smooth and the overall experience was absolutely 5 stars. We loved Vivienne and her food! We had a very relaxed and enjoyable evening. The menu was exactly what we agreed on and all the ingredients were of high quality. Would absolutely recommend Vivienne!

Was een heerlijke ontspannen avond. Vincent past zich heel makkelijk aan en heeft ons door ons heerlijke gerechten voorgeschoteld, en ons meegenomen in het maken van alle gerechten.

Chef Pascal Hennequin was waanzinnig: eten was van hoogstaand nivo en de communicatie en voorbereiding met Pascal verliep uitstekend. Pascal dacht ook goed mee met de menu wensen en de wijnen. Ik kan Pascal iedereen aanraden en zou hem zo weer boeken.

Heerlijk gegeten. Alles super vers en goed klaargemaakt.
