I’m Dimitris Anagnostopoulos, a private chef based in Chania, Crete, creating memorable dining experiences in villas and private locations across the island.
My cooking is rooted in Cretan and Mediterranean cuisine, combining local traditions, seasonal ingredients and modern techniques. I love taking the flavours people discover while travelling through Crete and turning them into a personal experience around their own table.
My professional journey includes working as an Executive Chef, catering and hospitality experience, and participating in MasterChef Greece. Today, through Chania Private Cooking Services, I create everything from intimate dinners and romantic occasions to birthdays, weddings, BBQ experiences, cooking classes and multi-day villa dining.
For me, being a private chef is about much more than preparing great food. It is about creating the atmosphere, taking care of the details and giving guests the freedom to simply enjoy their time together.
Whether it’s a sunset dinner overlooking the sea, a Cretan feast shared with family and friends, or a special celebration in a beautiful villa, my goal is always the same: to create an experience that becomes part of your memories of Crete
