I’m a professional chef with over 12 years of experience in restaurants, luxury 5-star resorts, and kitchens in Greece and Norway. My culinary journey began with formal training at AKMI in Athens, and over the years I’ve developed a strong passion for Greek and Mediterranean cuisine, with a special love for the flavors and traditions of Crete.

What I enjoy most is creating food that feels authentic, generous, and memorable. I love working with fresh, seasonal ingredients and bringing traditional Greek recipes to life with a modern touch. From a beautifully prepared seafood dish to a simple Cretan salad made with quality local ingredients, I believe great cooking starts with respecting the ingredients.

One of the dishes I’m most proud of is my take on traditional Cretan cuisine, where rustic flavors meet refined presentation. I especially enjoy creating menus around fresh seafood, Cretan herbs, olive oil, local cheeses, and seasonal produce.

For me, being a private chef is more than preparing a meal. It’s about creating an experience—bringing people together around the table and making them feel a little closer to Greece through its food.
