I’m Alessandro and i am a Pizza Chef and owner  in my Farm in Tuscany when i’m coltivate and use my fresh products in my Pizza Menu. I have my portable modern hoven (ALFA Forni is Italian make and very elegant and functional) with my setup included table for make Pizza in front of you, my portable sink for all clean, lights,buffet table, ceramic plates for buffet service. My oven is started to cook in one hour, very fast. It can be transported by hand anywhere, in the garden by the pool or wherever you want . My Homemade dough  with 70% of idratation and 72H of leavening. Composed mix of three Biological flours: 70% Type ‘’0’’ ,20% Type ‘’1’’ and 10% Semolina type. When im stretch out the pizza i use an other 2 type of flour, an ancient grains and…a secret…You can feel it by hand and smell.

I make the pizza in front of you and cook it, then I cut it and serve it on a buffet table and you can choose the flavor you want, one of my collaborators will be at your service to list you or serve the pizzas on the buffet table. My dessert consist in a Crunchy flatbread with  spreadable Special Chocolate selection ‘’Slitti Experience’’ (Made in Tuscany) and Hazelnut grain.

If the client want i have the extra that includes a private professional BarMan with a fantastic BarStation , he can create Cocktails in front of you with a unic AperiPizza type. Or a private Band Acoustic Duo can to accompany the event.
