My culinary journey began amid the authentic aromas of Abruzzo and Lazio, where I worked in traditional restaurants that taught me the value of tradition. From there, I moved on to Aprudia, a Michelin-starred restaurant, where I honed my technique and creativity, transforming every dish into a gourmet experience. My career then took me to Genoa with Novamarine, cooking for international guests and prominent figures, eventually becoming a chef on private yachts during the summer: a role that taught me to combine precision, versatility, and refinement in every detail.
My soul, however, remains tied to the Mediterranean: I love working with fresh ingredients, starting with the raw material and enhancing its every nuance, because I believe that simplicityโwhen treated with careโcan become true luxury. My signature dish in the kitchen is fresh pasta: tagliatelle, ravioli, gnocchi... every shape becomes a story, a memory, a smile at the table.
