About Chef Giovanni Luca

Rome

Born in Naples in 1990 and driven by a lifelong passion for cooking, I completed my studies at the Parthenope University, earning a Masterโ€™s degree in Business Management and Control.

Shortly after, I enrolled in the โ€œItalian Chef Academy,โ€ one of Romeโ€™s most renowned culinary schools, graduating with top marks. I later completed a training internship at the 5-star IHC Fonte Verde Resort & Spa, which gave me my first real experience in a professional kitchen, managing a station independently and receiving excellent references that soon opened the doors to the culinary world.

My personal vision of cuisine, however, combined creating my own dishes with the desire to pursue entrepreneurship in the restaurant industry. Together with my partner, we opened a small seafood restaurant focused on fresh ingredients and traditional dishes reinterpreted in a modern style.

Partly by choice and partly due to the pandemic, we decided to close the physical restaurant and move toward private dining, catering, and bespoke events โ€” always with the same passion as day one and the desire to offer each client an exceptional, unforgettable experience.
