I was born In Cologne, Germany, and began my culinary journey at a young age. From 2002 to 2009, I lived in Turkey, where I developed a deep connection to its rich and vibrant food cultureโan influence that continues to shape my cooking to this day.
Driven by my passion for gastronomy, I returned to Germany in 2009 to attend culinary school, where I trained as a professional chef until 2013. During those formative years, I built a strong foundation in technique, discipline, and creativity.
Since completing my studies, I have gained extensive experience working in a wide range of restaurants, continuously refining my skills and evolving my culinary vision. Today, I create distinctive dining experiences that blend German precision with Turkish soul, bringing together tradition, bold flavors, and true craftsmanship in every dish I serve.
