I believe that every meal should tell a story โ the story of the territory, of the producers, and of the people gathered around the table. For this reason, I carefully select trusted local suppliers, small farms, fishermen, and artisans who share the same commitment to quality and sustainability.

From the first contact, I personally guide clients through the planning process, understanding preferences, expectations, dietary needs, and the spirit of the occasion. On the day of the service, my team and I manage everything: ingredient sourcing, preparation, mise en place, table styling, service, and final cleaning. Guests can relax and fully enjoy their time, knowing that every aspect is handled with discretion and professionalism.

Working throughout Central Italy allows me to draw inspiration from an extraordinary culinary heritage.
From rolling countryside and woodlands rich in truffles and game, to coastal areas offering exceptional seafood, I create menus that reflect the richness and diversity of the region.
Seasonality guides every proposal. Spring vegetables, summer tomatoes and stone fruits, autumn mushrooms and truffles, winter legumes and slow-cooked meats โ each period of the year offers unique inspirations that shape my menus.
Fish Aging & Seafood Charcuterie
A distinctive element of my cuisine is the refinement and aging of fish.
This technique enhances texture, depth, and complexity of flavor, elevating seafood to a new gastronomic dimension. Through careful selection and controlled maturation processes, I create unique tastings that surprise even the most experienced palates.
