Michele was super professional, friendly, on time and the food was amazing!! I would want to have Michele again if I organize another celebration in Tuscany! Thank you soooo much Michele for the great dinner 💞

We had a wonderful cookery course with Enrico Menna. He was super nice and funny, taught us very tasty recipes and brought us even closer to Tuscan / Italian cuisine. We would book a cookery course with him again at any time and highly recommend him as a cook / cookery teacher! He was also very straightforward and quick when we discussed the menu in advance and had a great idea for all our requests. What's more, we were all full and even had food left over. A cookery course with him is a really great (group) activity.

We had the BEST experience with Giovanni, the food was all unreal touched off with a homemade birthday cake… I think the topic of the evening was more of an argument of what we all liked best. Will absolutely have Gio cook for us again on our next visit. Thank you for making my 40th birthday so special, and our bellies so full.

Chef Alice created a wonderful traditional Italian meal (with a few modern twists) for my mother's 80th birthday. Beautiful, delicious food, served during the evening, making the family celebration in our rented villa, with an unafmiliar kitchen perfect. Alice made the whole experience stress free, and it was easy for me to plan the meal from abroad. I can whole heartedly recommend her. :-) Tania

Chef Enrico was FANTASTIC! We booked a chef for the first night of a family vacation. We had a variety of tastes, a few diet restrictions and a very short window to plan everything in. Chef Enrico proposed a lovely menu taking everything into consideration. He talked with me through the whole process, answering all of my questions. And when the night came for dinner? PHENOMENAL!! The food was incredible and almost everything was hand made by Chef Enrico- regular and gluten free bread, several varieties... Hand made pasta, also with gluten free pasta... Homemade gelato... Even the honey was from his own bees! If you are considering Chef Enrico-do it! He gave us an absolutely magical evening with delicious food, fun conversations and memories to treasure. Thank you, Chef Enrico!

Chef Nicolas Di Giovanni was a joy to work with and his assistant Andrea. Very prompt in communicating, attentive and professional. We all enjoyed his variety of foods and the presentation as well. Thoughtfully prepared and delicious! The kitchen was left in immaculate condition. FIVE STARS ALL AROUND. MANY THANKS :)

I highly recommend Chef Nicholas. He is professional, attentive, and above all, a highly skilled and talented chef. He was responsive in his communication, easy to work with in regards to the menu selections, and flexible. Each course was presented beautifully, and was so delicious. He is also very kind and personable. We will not hesitate to book him again when we return to the area.

We had a fantastic evening with Chef Marco. Communication beforehand was incredibly smooth, and everything on the day itself went exactly as agreed. We enjoyed an incredible four-course dinner, the food was beautifully presented, bursting with flavor, and truly Italian. Marco served everything so elegantly and even left the kitchen spotless afterward! We are extremely grateful to him!

After a week of dining out in Umbria, the entire family felt Simone's dinner was the best meal we had. He was flexible, efficient, the food was tremendous, and the kitchen which I thought was clean when he arrived, sparkled when he left. A great meal and experience

We had a fantastic evening, thanks in large part to Chef Nicholas Bianchini. However, we feel that the price-quality ratio is not quite right, partly because cheap ingredients such as bread, pasta and pork were used. The price of the wines was also very high compared to the price of the bottles. In addition, the various courses were served very quickly, meaning we finished everything within two and a half hours.

Chef Adolfo was amazing to work with. I had a very specific request to feed a group of 35 people with a variety of dietary restrictions as part of a yacht party I was planning. There was very strict timing and delivery needs and he knocked it out of the park. He helped bring everything on the boat. Very clear instructions on all of the food. Amazing communication through the planning process to make sure my guest would be happy. Highly recommend!
