Alisson Januzzi has always been passionate about cooking. From a very young age, she watched her grandmothers and parents at the stove, growing up in a family where hunting, fishing, and local farming shaped daily meals. A committed vegetarian since the age of 7, she quickly learned to cook for herself and make the most of simple ingredients in an environment where vegetarian alternatives were rare. What began as a constraint soon became a strength, sharpening her creativity and resourcefulness.

A true food lover with a curious spirit, she delights in eating well, sharing memorable meals, and bringing pleasure to others through her cooking. She has the rare ability to create flavorful dishes from humble ingredients, driven by a genuine and instinctive passion.

Her professional journey began front of house, first as a waitress and later as a maître d’ in Courchevel, before moving on to work in private chalets as a butler. There, she drew inspiration from the chefs she worked alongside every day. Watching them in action sparked an obvious calling: stepping behind the stove herself.

Back in Corsica, she opened her own hotel before taking over the management of the White Pearl restaurant in Porticcio, renowned for the finesse of its cuisine and the quality of its service. Guests praised her boldness, her talent for elegant flavor pairings, and her subtle balance of tastes.

Today, Alisson brings her talent to private clients and exclusive events as a private chef in Corsica. She prioritizes local, seasonal, and high-quality ingredients sourced through responsible short supply chains.

Starting this summer, many of the vegetables she prepares will come directly from her garden in Sartène, lovingly cultivated by her partner Stéphane, offering you a culinary experience that is authentic, vibrant, and deeply rooted in the land.
