Private chef for over ten years, I have had the privilege of accompanying distinguished families in France and abroad, as well as designing bespoke services for exceptional events: intimate weddings, product launches, gala dinners, and corporate receptions.
My passion for cooking was born early, in the bustling halls of Rungis where my father worked as a wholesaler. That immersion instilled in me a deep respect for exceptional products, discipline, and a love of craftsmanship. I later refined my skills in a Michelin-starred restaurant before pursuing my own path, combining creativity, expertise, and excellence.
Today, I approach every service as a unique experience, with meticulous attention to detail, seasonality, and above all, my clients’ wishes. I am also sought after as a consultant to support restaurant openings and to develop innovative culinary concepts. More than catering or a simple dinner, I offer an experience of emotion. What I love most is bringing joy and creating lasting memories.
