After eight years in cultural administration, I chose to make gastronomy my career. With a vocational certificate in cuisine, I honed my skills as Chef de Partie at the bistronomic restaurant Crème (Paris 18th arrondissement), where I cultivated my taste for raw, local, and seasonal products.
Invited as a chef for events such as the Rock en Seine festival and the Villa Rocabella culinary creation residency, I develop a plant-based and floral cuisine that is refined, ethical, and sensitive.
Trained in sommellerie and mixology, I enjoy creating tailor-made food and wine pairings or cocktails to create lively and sincere gastronomic experiences, centered on organic products and responsible practices.
