โm a professional chef with over 30 years of international experience, blending classical training with hands-on expertise across fine dining, private catering, and restaurant development. My career began in France, where I earned certifications in cuisine, pastry, and sommelier arts from Dinard. Iโve worked in 3 Michelin-starred kitchens and contributed to numerous restaurant openings and private events worldwide.
Since relocating to Calgary, Iโve served as Executive Chef at prestigious venues including Priddis Greens Golf & Country Club and Bow Valley Ranche. I was also the proud owner and head chef of La Petite Table in Okotoks, which was awarded Best French Restaurant in Alberta in 2009.
